We’ll begin our day nourishing the still point — with an invigorating sound bath led by Kathy of Harmony with Hope Therapy — helping us to release what no longer serves and bring ourselves back into balance. From there, we’ll open our hearts to possibility through intention-setting and vision-boarding, before being guided inward by Jess of Peaceful Heart Hypnosis in a soothing meditation that restores calm and clarity.
